Terms of Service

1. Nature of Business: WritingZero is a platform that facilitates the connection between qualified home tutors and students. We act as an intermediary service provider.

2. Safety and Supervision: For the safety of both the student and the tutor, a parent or legal guardian MUST be present in the home for the entire duration of the tutoring session.

3. Non-Solicitation: Parents agree not to engage in direct private payment or contracts with the tutors assigned by WritingZero. All payments must be processed through the WritingZero platform.

4. Scheduling: If a student needs to cancel a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Failure to do so may result in the session being marked as “attended” and charged accordingly.

5. Background Checks: While WritingZero performs basic identity verification, parents are encouraged to conduct their own interview and verification before the first session begins.
