🛡️ Parent’s Safety Guide: Our Commitment to Your Child
At WritingZero, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students above all else. To ensure a secure and productive learning environment, we follow a strict safety protocol.
1. Our Tutor Verification Process
Before a tutor reaches your doorstep, they undergo a multi-step screening process:
Identity Verification: We collect and verify government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar/PAN) for every tutor.
Academic Background Check: We verify their educational certificates and teaching credentials.
Personal Interview: Every tutor is interviewed by our team to assess their communication skills and behavioral conduct.
2. The “Open Door” Policy
For the safety of both the student and the tutor, we mandate the following during every home session:
Supervision: A parent, guardian, or a designated adult (18+) must be present in the house at all times during the lesson.
Visible Learning Space: We recommend that tutoring sessions take place in a common area (like a living room or dining area) rather than a closed bedroom.
3. Direct Communication & Payments
Stay in the Loop: Always communicate through the official WritingZero channels regarding schedule changes or feedback.
No Direct Cash: To maintain transparency and your service guarantee, never pay tutors directly in cash. All official payments must be made through the WritingZero portal. This allows us to track the service and intervene if there is a dispute.
4. Your Feedback Matters
After the first session, a member of our team will call you for a “Safety & Quality Check.” If at any point you feel uncomfortable with a tutor’s behavior, you can report it immediately through our Priority Support Line, and we will take instant action.
